Kamashh Premium Hojicha is Japanese roasted green tea at its most refined - warm, grounding, and quietly powerful.

Crafted in Kyoto from carefully selected green tea leaves, our high quality hojicha is gently yet deliberately roasted to achieve its signature amber hue and unmistakably smooth character. This extended roasting transforms the leaf, unlocking layered notes of toasted grain, caramel, and soft wood while naturally eliminating bitterness.

What sets Kamashh best hojicha apart is its exceptional refinement. Our finely milled hojicha powder features an ultra-low irritation profile, with caffeine reduced to nearly one-fourth of conventional hojicha. This is achieved through a precise, high-temperature roasting process carried out over extended durations - a method that deepens aroma while softening the body of the tea.

The result is a mellow yet full-bodied cup with a lingering, roasted sweetness and a deeply comforting finish. Each sip evokes the quiet landscapes of Japan’s tea-growing regions - a tribute to patience, craftsmanship, and tradition.

Naturally low in caffeine and rich in aroma, Kamashh Hojicha is designed for moments of pause. Enjoy it throughout the day - warm or iced, as a pure infusion or whisked into a luxuriously smooth hojicha latte with fine microfoam.

Balanced, soothing, and deeply aromatic, this is a tea for mindful rituals and understated indulgence.

Produced in partner facilities that uphold the highest global standards, Kamashh Hojicha is certified JAS Organic, ISO-22000, HACCP, and FSSC, ensuring uncompromising purity, precision, and quality at every step.

“K” :  to choose high quality hojicha is not to choose a product. It is to recognise a standard.
