Collection: Matcha Accessories | Artisanal Collectives

Matcha accessories, shaped by hand. Defined by ritual.

The Artisanal Collectives brings together Kamashh’s curated range of matcha accessories in India - including handcrafted matcha bowls (chawan), bamboo whisks (chasen), and ceramic whisk holders (kusenaoshi).

Co-created with artisan partners across the Himalayas and Japan, each piece reflects a quiet dialogue between Japanese tea tradition and Indian craftsmanship.

Every ceramic form is shaped slowly - never rushed. From hand-preparing the clay to forming, drying, bisque firing, hand-painting, glazing, and final kiln firing, the process unfolds over weeks. Each matcha bowl (chawan) takes approximately 2–3 weeks to complete, carrying subtle variations that make every piece distinctly its own.

These are not mass-produced objects.

Kamashh Artisanal Collectives are released in limited editions, designed exclusively and never replicated in the same form again.

What you hold is not just a tool - but a considered object for ceremonial matcha preparation, where form, texture, and intention come together in quiet balance.

A slower craft, for a more intentional ritual.
